We are on a mission to create meaningful communities in US Market, then we will expand to Latin-American Market. Thus we need more talented marketers to join us on our journey to bring Vietnamese creativities to conquer the world, one community at a time.
The world is changing and currently, people are more demanding to connect with each other through online communities (Facebook/Discord/Reddit...). Our startup is built to create meaningful & performance-driven connection between brands & communities online. We&039;ll start with US Markets (just give you a rough idea, there are more than 10 Millions Facebook Groups with 1.8 Billion active members every single month).
Your job would be:

Develop growth stategy to expand these communities.
Develop ideas to create meaningful campaigns to connect Brands with the company-owned communities.
Creating contents that meets members&039; wishes & pain points, thus create a strong community based on value.
Seeking new opportunities to build & manage online communities.
Manage & moderate user generated contents on Social Media (posts, videos, images...)
Constant learning to adapt with latest updates from Facebook to maintain communities&039; engagement rate.
Execute Marketing strategy to attract more members & grow communities accross different platforms (we&039;ll start with Facebook Groups).
