Content Strategy Development
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content campaigns.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and brand voice.
- Conduct market research to identify content gaps and opportunities within the SaaS industry.
Content Creation
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows best practices for readability and user engagement.
- Produce high- quality, engaging, and informative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, infographics, webinars, and video scripts.
- Ability to produce the basic visuals (social images)
Content Distribution and Promotion
- Develop and implement content distribution plans to maximize reach and impact.
- Engage with industry influencers and partners to amplify content reach.
- Utilize various channels such as social media, email marketing, and content syndication to promote content.
Content Performance Analysis- Track and analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of different content formats and topics.
- Generate reports and provide insights to refine content strategies and improve performance.
Audience Engagement
- Monitor and engage with our audience across social media platforms, forums, and other digital channels.
- Encourage user- generated content and facilitate conversations that add value to our audience.
- Respond to comments, questions, and feedback to foster a community around our brand.
Collaboration and Cross- Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with external writers, freelancers, and agencies as needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to the overall marketing strategy.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure content aligns with product features, updates, and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- 2- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of creating high- quality content that drives engagement and conversions
