Execution (30%): Oversee creation and publishing processes, and analyze performance metrics for reports and content strategy adjustment/optimization.
Planning (60%): Develop content strategies tailored for diverse platforms like e- commerce, social media, and websites. This involves conducting research, developing creative concepts and approaches, establishing content pillars, and determining appropriate frequencies.
Performance tracking (10%): Analyze KPI data regarding content performance for strategic adjustment, optimization, and improvement.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Supervisor to lead our content marketing team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of content marketing strategies across various platforms, including e- commerce, social networks, websites, and other relevant channels.

Deep knowledge of content marketing strategy, tactics, techniques, and SEO
Experience in leveraging AI tools to maximize productivity is a plus
Proficient in both spoken and written English. Japanese is a plus

Adaptability and flexibility in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of demonstrated experience in the marketing field with at least 1 year of team leadership experience, emphasizing content strategy, copywriting, concept development, idea generation, and leadership within either an in- house team or an advertising agency. Previous experience with a major creative advertising agency is advantageous.
