Brand Content Development
Develop creative content for the brand&039;s communication platforms (website, blog, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Ensure content is consistent with the brand&039;s messaging and image.
Write and edit content according to brand voice, direction, and business objectives.
Content Campaign Planning and Execution
Build periodic content plans for marketing campaigns, events, or promotions.
Collaborate with other departments (design, digital marketing, sales) to ensure content effectively supports the overall strategy.
Manage and optimize content across platforms to achieve KPI targets (brand awareness, engagement, revenue, etc.).
Content Performance Analysis and Measurement
Report on results and propose content improvements based on data analysis.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of articles and content campaigns through metrics such as views, engagement, conversion rates, etc.
Research and Trend Updates
Research the behavior and needs of the target audience.
Monitor market trends, popular keywords, and competitors to enhance content quality.
Content Quality Control
Act as a content moderator, proofreading all forms of content (SEO, Social, Ads, PR, etc.) before publication.
Ensure marketing content accurately conveys ideas—with correct style, grammar, and spelling in English, Vietnamese, and Thai.
Job Requirements
Strong writing skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset for content.
Good communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in supporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, or basic editing software (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Experience working on projects/companies in the Thai market or other foreign markets is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in social content or branding.
Understanding of customer behavior and the target market.
Must- haves
A complete portfolio of previously implemented projects and a track record.
Proficiency in Thai, at a listening and reading level, and a solid conversational and writing level.
At least hands- on experience in one of the following tasks: Copywriting, Video production, Design.
