Content Specialist

Support Ecom Lead to work with Affiliate Marketing, Engagement Platforms & cross- functional teams to achieve KPIs & optimize marketing cost.
Stay up- to- date with beauty and digital marketing trends
Create sale- driven content for key products & promotional campaigns across digital channels; Facebook, Product page, Google Ads, CRM...This task will also include: seeking reference, writing design/video brief and work closely with Designer/Video team to deliver captivating visual assets.
Comprehend products, customer behaviors and competitors to segment audience & plan content monthly, weekly
Track and report weekly on content performance, and keep optimization to maximize sales and revenue
Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Experienced in beauty companies is a high plus
Pay attention to detail and process
Excellent communication skills and a can do attitudes, endurance under high pressure and tight deadline.
1- 2 years of hands- on experience in content marketing
Understanding online advertising and performance metrics is recommended
