Content Writer - Editor

- Leads, facilitates, and manages the content creation of various marketing and other promotional campaigns
- Collaborates with different teams/stakeholders to help localize their campaigns, ensuring smooth and quality execution at all times
- Ensures that all copies in both English and local language are grammatically sound and at par with the Home Credit style guide and standards across all campaigns, interfaces and landing pages
- Designs, Creates & Maintains consistency of the brand tone and quality across all interfaces and platforms in local language
- A good storyteller
- Comes up with fresh ideas in terms of content that will help increase our user engagement across all interfaces and platforms
- Constantly updates herself/himself with the latest trends in social media and/or content marketing
- Analyze push notifications/email performance if and when necessary
- Manages a team of writers (freelancers / in house) when needed.

- With at least 2-3 years experience at an ad agency or PR agency (a plus)
- With at least 2 years experience in E-commerce or publication (magazine or newspaper) industry
- Fluency in English & Vietnamese is a must
- Understand online & offline consumer behaviour
- Ability to work and function in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
