Content Ideation & Planning
- Ensure consistency and alignment across all content touchpoints by working closely with cross- functional teams.
- Collaborate with account, marketing, media, and design teams to develop content ideas that align with brand strategy and communication objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts for integrated communication campaigns and multi- channel content formats.
- Stay updated on content trends across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Google, and proactively propose innovative and platform- native ideas.
- Research the market, target audience, brand positioning, and product features to craft relevant and compelling content.
Content Production & Management
- Additional support with other projects if required.
- Edit and refine content based on internal or client feedback while ensuring adherence to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
- Review and proofread all content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency across platforms.
- Support the production of diverse content assets such as articles, infographics, short- form videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Write clear, engaging, and audience- focused content for a wide range of channels, including social media posts, digital ads, SEO blogs, landing pages, PR articles, and video scripts.
- Assist in planning and managing content calendars across various digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, websites).
Requirement
- Proficient in both Vietnamese and English, especially in written communication.
- Previous experience as an intern, collaborator, or freelancer in content writing is a strong advantage.
- Meticulous and careful, with a talent for writing clear, concise, and impactful content.
- Passionate about creating content across various digital platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Google, and more.
- Strong ability to understand user insights, apply different writing styles, and adjust tone of voice to suit different target audiences.
- A team player with a growth mindset, open to feedback, and able to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
