Continuous Improvement Facilitator

Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects:
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project goals.
Analyze current processes and workflows:
Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Use data- driven analysis to support recommendations.
Develop and implement strategies:
Create and execute detailed plans to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. Ensure strategies align with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams:
Work closely with departments such as production, quality, and supply chain to implement improvement initiatives. Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor and report on progress:
Track the progress of improvement projects using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Prepare and present regular reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
Training:
Provide training on continuous improvement tools and techniques, such as Kaizen, 5S, Line Balancing, Value Stream Mapping ect… to Production, cross function team. Encourage others to build a culture of continuous improvement and empower them to contribute to improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement:
Promote a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Encourage employees to identify and suggest improvements, and recognize their contributions.
Implement technology solutions:
Identify and implement technology solutions that support continuous improvement efforts, such as process automation tools and data analytics software.
Work as one of key member to drive the Lean events
and problem solving teams throughout the Production
Maintain continuous personal development
- Keeps up- to- date on reading material in the CI area
- Share new knowledge with the Team
Complete other assignments and special projects as requested
Develop and maintain daily/ weekly Report for all activities and projects that Facilitator is a part of
Control and audit processes to ensure that they are maintained after projects completion

Education

College or University graduation in Engineering, Industrial Engineer or a related field.
Knowledge or Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience

Project Management Experience
Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of:

LEAN Manufacturing Concepts
Statistical Process Control
DMAIC Principles

Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
High sense of responsibility and accountability in all tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proven experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in using data analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL,…).
Demonstrated ability to work hard and stay driven to achieve results.
Basic in using AutoCAD (layouts) and SolidWorks
Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
