Continuous Improvement Specialist

- Work with Board of Director  to find new possibilities for process improvement in the areas of quality, cost, performance, and protection and forecast;

- Analyze and identify possibilities for reducing process uncertainty, improving process capabilities, and optimizing process performance;

- Facilitate the launch of new and updated processes in order to get better results;

- When required, prepare project presentation for management;

- Coordination and communication with necessary departments are required to complete given tasks on schedule; keep the manager informed of project progress and report issues and obstacles on time;

- Adjust the project timeline and aim as required;

- Manage revolutionary initiatives with a hands-on and problem-solving attitude within the range of responsibilities;

- Assist the Board of Directors in areas relating to the Company's business and operations;

- Developing and executing the Board of Directors Plans and work programs;

- 2 years of experience in similar scope or more;

- Have experience worked in mass production field is a plus;

- Strong data analytical and presentation skills, experience working with big date a strong plus;

- Excellent English language skills;

- Experience with MS Office;

- Can work individually and in a team and can handle high working pressure;
