Continuous Improvement Supervisor

Leading and providing professional expertise for seting up and implentation of Lean and Continuous Improvement.
Provide supervision to Lean/CI team to achieve desired targets and objectives
Facilitate Lean/CI training to drive for culture and mindset of Lean/CI.
Identify and set out plan for Lean/CI activities based on operational strategy.
Identify improvement initiatives and projects across all aspects of operation
Facilitate Lean/CI workshop to drive for improvements and savings.
This position will be based in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong & will be re- location to Saigon Hi- tech Park, District 9, HCMC in 2024. Shuttle bus from HCMC, Binh Duong, Bien Hoa- Dong Nai is available.

- Ability to perform Risk Assessment. Lean Methods and Tools: Ability to develop problem solving capacities of the Team members. Practice SPC & basic tools regularly: PDCA, 8D, Kaizen,…
- Data driven analysis and identify improvement opportunity. Working with all department to identify the chance of improvement.
- At least 3- 5 years with CI/Lean facilitation experience
- Expertise in the use of Lean Tools such as: VSM, Benchmarking, Loss Stratification, SMED...
- Understand all systems, practices of data management in operation.
- Ability to train 8 wastes and apply it regularly.
- Ability to train and apply management of change.
