Other duties assigned by Supervisors.
Receive the direction from the Supervisor/ Line managerto draft contract;
In charge of Contracts, Master Agreement, NDA, Purchase Orders, Change Requests, Letter of Intention, Quotation (herein after referred as "Contract") in general.
Consolidate the pending issues or remarkable matter, finalize the contract, submit to the management for signatures and stamp
Exchange hard copies with customer, scanned, store the soft and hard copies;
Draft and proceed the applications to set up company, revise and update ERC, IRC and other business license.
Build- up, input and keep tracking of reports on contract.
Coordinate with other departments on commercial issues in relation to the contract management.
Review and work with relevant department to revise the first draft and respond, convince and negotiate with Customer;
Liaising with Customer to get the first draft of Contract;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Careful and attention to details;
At least 01 years of working experience.
English Proficiency (strong writing is a must);
Fluent in English, especially in law fields.
Good at Microsoft Word, Excel;
Organizing and endurable.
Bachelor&039;s degree in legal, Economics or other related fields (Legal expertise is preferable);
Hard working, willing to work over time;
