Contract Management Staff ( Pháp Chế Lĩnh Vực Xây Dựng)

1, Review contract & Negotiation:• Research, update legal issues related to trade, contracts, especially contracts in construction field.• Review all contract terms; Make sure they comply with the Law and protect the interests of the company when requested by the manager.• Participate in contract negotiations when requested by the manager.2, Contract Management:• Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness to support implementation;• Closely and proactively coordinate with related parties to ensure that the contract is properly implemented;• Create files to keep track of on- going contracts.3, Legal:• Provide consulting to other departments on legal issues to the best of his/her knowledge if required.• Prepare legal documents and participate in lawsuits to protect the best interest of the company.• Take the role as a focal point to lead the works with the thirdparty legal firm as and when required. 4, Cost Control: According to the company&039;s cost control process and the manager&039;s assignment. 5, Customer relationship : Clear, fair to customers ; protect the legitimate interests of the company.

• Understand and apply flexibly the Civil Code, Commercial Law, Construction Law, Bidding Law...(applicable to Construction Contracts according to Vietnamese and FIDIC template)
• Graduated from university with major in law or experience in equivalent position in Construction company at least 4 years.
• At least 2 years of experience in contract management (Good organizing and management skills, good experience in Civil contracts, especially in Construction field; Has participated in drafting litigation documents, court hearings to resolve disputes; providing legal advice to other departments)
• Good at English ( Ability to translation, interpreter, contract negotiation...)
