Job Responsibilities
An excellent Contract Manufacturing Manager job based in Binh Duong has just arisen at one of the world&039;s leading provide semiconductor machines.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and abilities of personnel.
Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of assembly and complete reports and other documents related to production and the staff.
Manage Direct Order fulfillment process and customer commit dates.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Oversees the entire manufacturing process and ensures the assembly production process adheres to company policies and procedures.
Assure timely completion of customer order by efficiently utilizing resources.
Play a key role in the implementation of new processes, equipment, and products.
Risk mitigation, including Excess and Obsolescence management.
Scheduling, troubleshooting and solve daily issues to ensure production goals are met.
Proactively manage CM execution and planning to support mid to high volume manufacturing.
Strategic and tactical planning execution for Contract Manufacturing sources
Improvement, utilizing initiatives to reduce costs and support the attainment of established goals.
Development and execution of outsourced assemblies and strategic component alternate sourcing plans
Communicate and work closely with other departments.
Enforce and ensure that staff follows company rules, regulations, government policies and procedures in the assembly line department.
Ensure safe operation of the plant while maintaining consistent superior quality of the finished product.
Develop and track metrics to continuously monitor and improve all aspects of the production process.
Experience Requirements
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills by both English and Vietnamese
Must be resourceful, strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer systems: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5+ years’ experience in an assembly or production management role or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, ever- changing environment.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
Education requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
