JOB DESCRIPTION

Build and maintain domestic and foreign relations to create advantages for activities of the company
Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairman so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future
Develop and implement manufacturing budget and plan, facilitate the allocation of resources to capitals and equipment as well as human resources to deliver target operational results
Create and ensure company policies and legal guidelines communicated clearly within all functions
Develop and execute high quality business plans, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Ensure coordination and collaboration among all departments in the company
Monitor and drive performance against defined metrics including financial, manufacturing efficiency & productivity and quality

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Management, Administrative or related majors.
Have experience in working for large corporations in manufacturing and distributing.
Strong management experience in Supply chain, Operating, Manufacturing, and Human resources
Strong experience in working for large corporations in manufacturing and distributing in Food or FMCG industry.
Have experience in building personnel system, organizational management and development.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Profound communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
