Creativity (35% workload)
Present the creative part to clients.
Concept development: story, tagline, big idea, art direction, and other creative tactics cascaded to key channels.
Art direction: Lead art team to develop art direction (colors, mood & tone, graphic style...) for total campaign visuals.
Copywriting: Enhance words in the strategy part to make it compelling.
Research: Proactively research and approach helpful information or data, social trends, and creative ideas to support the creative process.
Creative Asset Production (35% workload)
Produce social posts, including crafting captions.
Fill in creative brief and brief to 3rd parties
Act as art director in some project by controlling art quality and giving advice on video and photo shooting.
Lead art team to design various creative works for both internal and external clients, including but not limited to visuals on OOH, POSM, event, in- app, digital, social media...
Control the quality of third- party works (celebrities, KOLs, make- up artists, stylists, photographers, music composers, production houses, etc.) at all stages.
Lead art team and 3rd parties to work out production plan (with relevant details specifying shooting board/idea, location, casting, wardrobe, art direction, timing, proposed makeup, stylist, photographer, production house, etc.)
Relationship (10% workload)
Prepare, participate & contribute to ideation sessions and client workshops.
Work with account teams to identify new ideas and opportunities for existing clients proactively.
Leadership (10% workload)
Play an active role in staff recruitment with a clear career ladder path for each member.
Allocate appropriate projects to each team.
Act as a trainer and mentor to every personnel, using supportive/collaborative approaches to continuously build/support their skills and prepare them for higher positions.
Lead team members to achieve pitches/jobs.
Monitor and appraise high- performing team members.
Business Development (10% workload)
Contribute to developing and hosting the company’s training sessions.
Cascade the company/department strategy/action plan, culture, transformation journey, and integrated working process alignment to staff members.
Organize or join bonding activities proactively to promote the company’s culture.
Contribute to building the company/department data hub (client, vendor, KOL contacts ...).
Contribute to creating and developing the company’s business strategy/ action plans.
