Key Accountabilities:
Develop, maintain and implement compliance framework. Develop, maintain and implement compliance framework
- Assist Line Manager to analysis, assess risks and provide solutions for resolving compliance issues.
- Build necessary internal guidelines covering statutory requirements and standards which the Company needs to follow.
- Timely report critical issues on compliance to Line Manager with proper recommendations to fix them.
- Co- ordinate with relevant departments and staff to conduct regular compliance check.
- Develop a compliance plan covering the minimum company standards and implement the same.
- Develop and implement regular control and compliance review of each department; evaluate and challenge remedial actions or recommendations provided by related managers on key findings.
Compliance Review
- Review other documents to ensure compliance with the internal standards.
- Review and give valued inputs/comments to the operational guidelines and processes of other departments to ensure the alignment with the regulatory movement.
Compliance with personal data protection law
- Raise awareness and provide training for employees involved with personal processing activities.
- Support Line Manager to update the applicable laws and regulations on personal data protection.
- Give recommendations about the application of the data protection rules.
Monitor Anti- Money Laundering (AML) activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance initiatives and programs to comply with the regulatory obligations on AML.
- Handle the management and execution of second line monitoring and assessment program for AML.
- Aid to enhance the awareness of AML in company and deliver refresher training to all employees.
Co- ordinate to conduct compliance related activities
- Coordinate with Legal function to update new regulatory movement applicable to the Company’s business.
- Ensure smooth co- ordination with all related departments and employees for the completion of tasks related to Compliance’s activities in order to ensure overall compliance standards of the Company.

- Comprehensively involved in formulating internal operational standards, procedures, processes of organizations.
- Well understanding compliance framework in a large company and compliance/audit techniques.
- Exposure to multi- discipline working environment.
- 5 working years’ experience in compliance, internal control, or audit function in organizations in banking, finance, insurance fields.
- Able to formulate strategies, give suitable advice to management on critical issues and able to devise effective implementation plan.
- Having worked in a compliance capacity, or relevant experience of professional such as lawyer, internal / external audit manager, compliance consultant...
- Good command of the Vietnamese and English languages (specially written and reading).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
