Corporate Legal Specialist

Responsible for the company&039;s legal issues
- Responsible for carrying out the company&039;s legal procedures and documents such as: change of business registration, report on change of shareholder ownership, etc.
- Advise the BOD and the BOM on legal issues (labor law, international joint ventures, corporate governance, ...) or suggest working directions with an external legal consulting organization
Building, checking and managing the company&039;s policy system
- Check internal policy system to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Research and report to the board of directors and the board of directors on factors that are likely to pose legal risks to the business. Consult or suggest directions to use outside legal consulting services.
- Work with departments to develop internal governance policies and monitor compliance with internal policies
Managing legal issues with external parties
- Participate in and exchange activities and negotiate with external parties including: external legal consultants, government agencies,..., to create a trusting relationship and handle issues complex issues with shareholders.
- Participate in legal activities as assigned by the BOD
- Coordinate with the Assistant department to contact external objects.
Participate in drafting contracts and documents issued by the company
- Prepare legal documents for the company. Responsible for checking, editing, supplementing and completing legal documents, documents and transaction documents to ensure compliance with the provisions of the enterprise law and other relevant laws.
- Check the legitimacy of the above documents
- Participate in drafting and approving contracts, agreements and legal documents and documents
Researching legal regulations related to the company&039;s operations and updating amendments and supplements to current laws

- Lawyer practicing certificate
- More than 2- year experience;
- BA degree in law or related fields;
- A high level of attention to detail;
- Good organization, communication, time management & team work skills;
- Fluency in writing and reading English;
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks;
