In charge of Corporate matters
• Support and validate important internal decisions
• Support other Corporate issues; staying up to date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the business and automotive industry in general
• Review company policies and manage the company’s decision making process
• Maintain good relationships with relevant central and local authorities and agencies
In charge of Legal matters
• Promote legal, compliance and risk management best practices throughout the company
• Handle licensing matters
• Provide accurate, relevant and timely advice on variety of legal topics that relate to automobile sector and products or services of the company
• Perform other ad- hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Line Manager and Board of Directors
• Review various commercial contracts and agreements

- Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in Legal sector
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of automobile industry and risk management practices
- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree majoring in Law
- Required skills:
• Analytical & problem- solving skills
• Good English proficiency (all 4 skills, especially good at speaking & writing)
• Effective presentation, interpersonal communication & negotiation skills
