Corporate Planning Executive

Job purpose:
Liaison between local teams, regional to drive and manage the corporate business planning process (annual, quaterly, monthly)
Coordinate timelines and reporting requirements for IBP (Integrated business planning) process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Monitors and update with MD the operational execution of the corporate workplan: department IIP (annual initiatives)
- Deploys and maintains monthly dashboard of company KPI (PPT, excel)
- Tracks and reviews KPI’s, goals and objectives of the corporate workplan

2- Reporting process management (IBP cycle includes budget)
- Monthly Sales rolling forecast consol & review
- Cascade (including consolidation) material template of monthly regional meetings to related depts.
- Annual/Mid- term Budgeting cycle: cascade regional request to related depts, arrange internal schedule to make sure the on time output to MD and Regional
3- Faciliate business meetings
- Company Monthly/quaterly meeting
- Annual action plan meeting
- Monthly S&OP meeting

Assists MD, IBP leader in developing effective budgeting procedures and processes.
4- Performs other duties by managers

Education: University Graduated
Experience: ​Minimum three (3) years experience as Corporate Planning Officer or similar position in an international environment.

- Strong client orientation and excellent organizational and follow- up skills;
- Initiative, ability to work independently, set priorities and perform under pressure with accuracy and dedication;
Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to analyze and manipulate technical and complex data and provide meaningful information.
- Multi- task skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Problem sensity: Ability to gause and access the situation when a potential problem arises.
