Purpose
Works independently or under limited supervision with the content- based oriented attitude to provide operational support by performing a range of route activities using existing systems and protocols.
Responsibility
Business Plan & Business Performance Management
Assist in communicating among divisions/departments on cascading the KPIs and business message from Management for better engagement of divisions/departments in implementing the Company objectives.
In coordination with focal point of all divisions, update the data on appropriate systems for performance measurement, track and report.
Develop the company strategy, business plan, both annual and mid/long- term plan.
Coordinate among divisions/departments to develop and monitor the corporate KPIs and individual KPIs for Management and divisions and departments.
Develop performance measures to ensure the best actual practice from all divisions.
Coordinate with relevant divisions and departments to analyze company business performance against the business plan and reflect any changes required into strategic plans and operational plans.
Coordinate with the responsible divisions and departments to update and review business plans as needed over the course of the development annual business plan in order to ensure alignment with the company’ strategic objectives and the external environment.
Set up the scenarios and premises to guide relevant divisions and departments.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Department Manager, and/or other superiors.
Conduct monitoring (monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly) of key goals of the divisions and departments’ business plan
Attend meetings, as requested, with various entities such as: external agencies, government entities, sponsors, etc. and take notes/minutes of meetings if required.
Report: Extract and combine data to generate standard reports as assigned.
Building capability of teams: Develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities.
Procurement: Monitor and update the annual budget on template as guideline
Policy and procedure: Assist in developing, reviewing, maintaining and updating CP&039;s manual, guidelines.
Budgeting: Assist in developing, reviewing, maintaining and monitoring Corporate Planning&039;s budget and its procurement plan.
