Corporate Sales Manager

Conduct sales calls to all existing and new corporate clients to increase awareness and establish supportive business relationships.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to present action plan ahead and follow up on potential bookings or inquiries.
• Identify and seek out prospective clientele within the sales area, which may have potential usage of the hotel including accommodation and banqueting facilities.
• As directed, participate in sales trade shows conventions and promotional events within the industry.
• As directed, participate in sales activities including sales trips, both individually and in conjunction with the sales team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and sales call reports.
• Enhance awareness by providing product knowledge and promote special offers and information.
• Liaise closely with other departments to co- ordinate customer requests/ requirements and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Negotiate corporate room rates under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
• Organize and host hotel site inspections for potential clients.

Good at handling RFP
Experience in Internatioanl corporate accounts
At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in a Hotel
Fluency in English
Experience in Japanese corporate accounts is a plus

Salary: Negotiable, depending on candidates’ knowledge, skills, attitudes and experience
