We are seeking a strategic thinker who is capable of identifying corporate needs, cultivating long- term partnerships, and maximizing hotel revenue.
Manage RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, including bid submissions, contract negotiations, and rate management.
Analyze weekly/monthly sales data and ensure the achievement of revenue KPIs.
Maintain and nurture key corporate client accounts.
Identify and secure new corporate and multinational accounts.

Proven track record in RFP management and bidding.
Fluent in English (Professional business communication).
3+ years of experience in hotel/corporate sales (Manager level).
