Scope of Work:
Strategy and Budget Planning:
Propose strategies for new product development aligned with market needs and company objectives.
Develop and implement strategies and budget plans for the Horeca channel, including restaurants, hotels, resorts, cafes, airlines, and real estate.
Develop policies to support and promote market penetration and sales growth.
Manage and oversee the Corporate Sales sub- department, including planning, implementation, and cost management.
Distribution System Management:
Monitor and execute promotions to drive sales effectiveness.
Analyze and evaluate the implementation of assigned plans periodically for review by direct manager.
Support agents in marketing activities, customer conferences, and bidding processes.
Ensure effective implementation of customer strategies at sales points to enhance market share.
Coordinate with CRM, stores, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and quality products to meet client requirements.
Leadership:
Manage the completion of analytical projects from initiation to conclusion.
Actively review internal processes, suggesting improvements to enhance team performance.
Allocate workload and organize tasks for team members.
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team members&039; skills and performance.
Other Responsibilities:
Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements:
Skills:
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Analytical mindset.
Hands- on computer skills, proficient in MS Office.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge & Qualifications:
Minimum four years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in luxury goods or consumer electronics, with a strong network in the industry.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
Experience in wholesales, particularly in Project sales, such as Real Estate/Hotel projects.
