Corporate Services Consultant

ROLE OBJECTIVES:
Corporate Services Consultant will be responsible for handling day to day Corporate Services activities for Clients. Works closely with clients under supervision to produce services exactly and in a timely manner.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support activities related to the contractors contain Onboarding and Off Boarding process, Labor Management, Consultancy.
Perform the work of providing legal advices which are related to foreign investment in Vietnam, business licences and immigration services (Work Permit, Visa and TRC)
Other tasks as assigned by the line Manager.
Clients’ debtor control
Participate in the meetings with Clients and other third parties.
To carry out the research, analysis and evaluation on other legal issues to protect the legal rights and interests of Clients;
Consulting on preparing legal documents, participating in resolution/litigation to handle disputes of interest between the Company and third parties; and
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing quality service
Draft and check the fee quotes, economic contracts, official letter and other legal documents (including English and Vietnamese);
Be responsible for individual target
Working with state agencies;
Manage and store the Company&039;s internal records;

JURISDICTION:

Be equipped with appropriate training, guidance related to job position in order to have adequate knowledge and skill set to fulfill the assigned tasks
Be clearly communicated of all key performance indicators (KPIs) and be correctly assessed with the performance by the line manager

Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Dynamic, enthusiastic, careful, honest and responsible.
Graduated from University (preferably Economics, Law)
Proven good customer service skills
Time management and organization skills
Good communication and problem solving skills
Attention to details
At least 1 year of working in advisory firm or law firm.
Good command of English
Proficient in MS Office
