Job Description:
The Supply Chain CSR Specialist will be an integral part of the Company Supply Chain CSR team within the Company Sustainability Department. Based in the company office, the Specialist will play a pivotal role in monitoring and supporting supplier performance, remediation, capacity building, and worker well- being programs, sustainability and support other team initiatives.
The Specialist will contribute to the implementation of Company&039; Supply Chain CSR program, ensuring alignment with the company&039;s Policy of Engagement, which is our supplier code of conduct, and advancing the development of a world- class CSR program.
Contribute to special projects such as traceability initiatives, incident investigations, and promote Sound Mind Sound Body program into strategic suppliers.
International travel required to Southeast Asian countries and Japan.
Assist in sustainability projects, including follow- up on Higg FEM adoption, data collection, implementation of improvement plans, and impact measurement.
Monitor and support vendor factory performance, including reviewing social compliance audit results, engaging with factories on corrective action plans (CAPs), visiting factories to review remediation progress, and supporting implementation of management system.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with ethical sourcing practices across business functions.
Support capacity building projects such as Better Work and SEDEX training, as well as the development of Company factory training resources, worker empowerment and supplier ownership programs.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy or related discipline or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as law, policy or human rights preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin considered a plus.
Ability to thrive in fast- paced environments, manage tight deadlines, and demonstrate crisis management skills.
Passionate about advocating for workers&039; rights and the benefits of ethical sourcing.
Having 5 years of experience in ethical sourcing, corporate compliance or governance, with auditing experience preferred. (Expertise in the human rights field, with in- depth knowledge of labor, environmental, health, safety issues)
Familiarity with SEDEX/SMETA would be advantageous
