Corrective Maintenance Manager

Monthly evaluation of subcontractors of CM part
Develop and implement effective strategies for the timely resolution of issues impacting telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.
Cooperate with functional team in diagnosing and addressing faults, outages, and other operational disruptions for telecom, power system at sites. Using all resource to achieve the contractual SLAs and KPIs
CM reporting (daily/weekly/monthly basis, other report as require), CHR for the significant equipment defects and failures,... Generate regular reports for management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Supervise subcontractor management in order to fulfill the Network KPI/SLA
Conduct thorough root cause analyses for major incidents and recurring issues to identify underlying problems. Develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent the recurrence of identified issues.
Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, tools, and spare parts, to ensure efficient and timely corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for corrective maintenance activities.- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with functional team (spare part, consumable,...) to maintain an adequate stock of critical spare parts.
Provide training and development opportunities for the corrective maintenance team(functional team, subcontractor) to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Perform quality inspection for subcontractor technical team and propose improvement measurements.

Capable of listening, speaking, reading, writing and in English. Can speak Chinese is a plus point.
Strong background in corrective maintenance, a deep understanding of telecom systems, and the ability to optimize processes to archive the KPI and SLA of project.
Have a hard- working and dedicated spirit, proactive with good stress tolerance
