Cost Accountant

JOB SUMMARY

​Ensure timely, accurate, correct accounting and journal entries. Query and extract data for management report. Launch internal controls for inventory and material costing. In charge of all inventory and material vouchers of the company; all special reports, analysis, variance investigations, meeting and presentation materials, including historical data

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Weekly material usage variance follow- up.
Receive, follow up NCR.
Making report on price variance
Direct come to Purchase, warehouse Dept and other related dept to solve the material voucher issues.
Crosscheck and reconcile input and output material (IP, RS, IS etc...).
Query data from Mapics for material tracking
Support the engineering to do the B.O.M
To do some other tasks assigned by management.
Support payment accountant by print out IQC report.
Scrap rate, yield and factory spoilage, inventory turn and other metrics
Arrange, checking, booking AP.
Follow up, and report the replacement part
Receive and update PCO, PIS into raw material data.
Follow up, record of tools and consumable, supplies on maintenance, repair, operation
Cycle count and physical inventory

Education

Required – Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting.
Speak and write English

Experience

More than 3 years experience in a sizeable manufacturing operations as material cost accountant

Knowledge of:

Material costing knowledge
Purchase and warehouse measurements
Computerized accounting software, plus knowledge of ERP
