Cost Accountant

Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Assist in production cost control procedures and implement the cost savings and efficiency improvement measures.
Ensure costing standards, policies and & practices are shared, followed accurately from start to finish while following established timelines and calendars.
Assist in establishing and improving cost accounting systems and processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of cost accounting.
Assist in preparing other financial analysis tasks, such as cost structure analysis, cost- benefit analysis, etc.
Collect data of production cost for material/ labor/ factory overhead & relevant administrative costs at the plant and prepare monthly cost analysis reports.
Prepare the regular production costing reports and analysis reports.
Conduct regular inventory stock counts.
Responsible for the accounting and management of the company&039;s inventory, including cost calculation and monitoring of raw materials, work in progress, finished products, etc

Requirement:
Experience with multinational or sizable organization is an advantage.
Knowledge of cost drivers and experience working with engineering, supply chain and sourcing partners.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferable in manufacturing industry.
Experience in Vietnam customs clearance is an advantage.
Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines.
Experience in ERP systems is a must.
Proficient in PC knowledge including, Microsoft Excel & Words and Accounting software.
