Cost Officer/ Kế toán chi phí

• Check the daily report and month end report before forwarding to the management.

• Balance Sheet Reconciliation for Inventory Account

• Provide Heads of the Department with monthly financial data in order to allow them to analyze their performance and run their departments profitably.

• KPI Report

• Ensure cost control systems and procedures are developed and maintained to support an accurate audit control and supervising date to date operation.

• Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.Performs all secretarial and administrative duties to the standards required to ensure the smooth operation of the Finance and Accounting Department.

• Familiar with back of the office systems

• Certificate in any Commerce/Finance course or relevant field

• Experience working in the hospitality or other customer service related industry

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Minimum 1 years

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Excel
