COSTING ACCOUNTANT

This position will be provided shuttle bus from Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40- 50 minutes transportation to our Factory)

Help taking the inventory physical count at least once a year, follow up inventory control policies, and investigate the variance between counted and booked.
Drill down the variance structure of raw material/burden/labor, and identify the root causes of such production variances effectively & efficiently
Actively work together with the Operation team and provide a measurement tool to help them reduce cost and improve productivity.
Control and analyze the variances between standard cost and actual cost
Prepare the analysis report required by Group Finance
Assist the Finance Manager/ Chief Accountant in preparing the financial report analysis/budget, in maintaining effective communication with Group Finance, and helping Group Finance understand the business situation and control budget implementation in VAC.
Analyze the sales and the gross margin and aid the sales team in pursuing high- potential gross margin clients.

English basic level
University graduation with Finance/ Accounting/ or related major.
Solid Accounting and costing expertise & understanding.
Above 5 years of accounting work experience.
Good analytical experience, and detail oriented.
Good at excel, word, PowerPoint.
Strong experience and knowledge with BOM, Costing, ERP system.
