* Job Purpose
During the development of samples & styles, provide a cost summary / quotation using information gathered from OB, Y &Gmt Tech that is competitive and falls within the customer target &production manufacturing methods & standards.
* Key Roles and Responsibilities
Discuss and suggest improvements, relating to difficult operations and /or to
Work out quotation from CM1 system.
Reviewandimprovethequotationprocesstoensuretheaccuracyofquotation.
Publish the results of costing calculation to GMT.
Participate in the price reduction meeting, suggest improvements, and calculate the most reasonable quotation with the most cost- effective manufactural method.
Participate ni handover meeting and sketch discussions.
Research and take movie / photo stills in sample workshop when special procedures / operations are required.
resolve quality problems.
According to the comparison sheet of working hour, improve the accuracy of
quotation.
Carry out reasonable instructions relating to company business from IE Supervisor or Senior Management.

Education &Qualification Requirements
Secondary college or above
Experience Requirements
Technical competency Requirements
2 years working experience in garment industry, in either EI or merchandising sector.
- Able to measure and calculate Trim usage from size chart & buying ratio.
- Familiar with application of GSD system.
- Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio.
- Understanding pattern placement & layout.
