JOB DECRIPTIONS
Inventory Reconciliation

(Perform periodic inventory reconciliation between ERP, WMS, and physical stock.)
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes.

Inventory Accuracy Control

(Monitor stock movements, adjustments, and ensure data accuracy.)

Inventory Reporting

(Prepare inventory- related reports (aging, variance, shrinkage, turnover, etc.) and highlight exceptions.)
Support month- end and year- end closing in the inventory- related accounts.

System Management and Data Flow

(Ensure accurate data flow between platforms (ERP, WMS, 3PL, IMS).)
Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to enhance system accuracy and automation.

Process Improvement

(Identify gaps in inventory control processes and propose solutions.)
Support development and implementation of SOPs related to inventory.

Cross- functional Collaboration

(Work closely with Finance, Logistics, and Sales Operations for stock allocation, adjustments, and reporting.)

REQUIREMENT.
Knowledge

Bachelor&039;s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or Business- related field.

Skills

Effective communication skills and ability to work across departments.
Good understanding of stock flow and warehouse operations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Logical thinking and problem- solving mindset.
Able to work independently and as part of a team; reliable under pressure.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus).
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) and able to communicate effectively.

Experience

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in e- commerce or manufacturing.
Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems; experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
