Costing Management

Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures in controlling cost prices Prepare cost reports as required by management
Ensure all goods imported and exported to the warehouse are recorded correctly with complete documents
Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory. Suggest cost- reducing or profitable solutions.
Determine minimum and maximum inventory levels, warehouse management system to ensure compliance with relevant departments&039; activities
Work closely with production department to get the right figures and update the standard B.O.M.- - - Work closely with purchasing team to get the optimal price of each material
Perform inventory checks of all warehouses at the end of the month, compare balances with general accounting books
Ensure all warehouse import and export activities are accurately accounted for and have all approved documents in accordance with regulations
Conduct market research to support future business planning Estimate production costs for existing and new products.
Determine the standard cost price consumption table
Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs.

Extensive knowledge of BOM
Strong communication skills and being able to work under pressure
Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e- mail skills required
Independent, highly motivated, pro- active and result oriented
