Costing Specialist-Footwear

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to implement strategies aimed at improving cost efficiency throughout the product lifecycle
Conduct comprehensive cost comparisons and identify opportunities for cost optimization to enhance margins and competitiveness.
Monitor and analyze cost trends, providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision- making
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and achieve cost- saving objectives.
Manage cost breakdowns in collaboration with the development and material teams, and factories ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cost analysis.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in footwear costing, with a strong understanding of industry- specific cost drivers and pricing strategies.
Language Skill:
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.Proficiency in Chinese is a plus, providing additional language support for cross- cultural communication and collaboration.
Competences:
Able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with cross- functional colleagues to achieve common goals.Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), meeting deadlines and delivering high- quality work consistently.
