Country Manager/Branch Manager (Korean Market)

Enhance the client lifecycle for Savvycom’s clients, covering prospecting, pitching, closing, relationship building, and account growth.
Develop short, medium and long- term business plans, strategies and solutions within the assigned functions.
Actively participate in resolving client issues and identifying opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry and expansion strategy for South Korea.
Establish and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals, along with corresponding plans and progress reports.
Report directly to BOD
Provide support in client negotiations when necessary.
An authorized representative of the Company in the field of business at the local market
Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives and Account Managers based in Korea.
Build and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive sales.
Leverage your network to enhance Savvycom’s brand awareness, reputation, and acquire new clients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set:

Bachelor&039;s Degree, preferably in business administration or with a marketing focus.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
Several years’ work experience in highly commercial business leadership role in a high- growth business
Experience in the IT industry.
Fluency in English is essential.
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience
Strong understanding of South Korean market and culture.
Proficient in Korean communication.
