Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Country Manager / Business Development / Sales / Production Manager:
Any other roles and responsibiities by supervisor.
Identify and develop new business/ accounts to expand the company product range and customer base.
Work closely with Finance & CS on all collection and payment matters.
Make business plan and organise resources to fullfill orders secured as mentioned.
Prepare monthly report on progress of all new enquiries and projects.

Increase production staff involvement and hold team leaders and shift leaders accountable for employee discipline, motivation, and engagement across manufacturing operations to set high standards for attendance, discipline, and productivity
Lead the manufacturing team and the production drumbeat, focusing on increasing productivity, reducing scrap, and increasing output.

Open for All Expats - preferably Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Singaporean, Malaysian,Italian, American,...,
At least 3 years of experience in the same position in electronics manufacturing / footwear/garment/ freight forwarding/packaging/logistics... industry.
Male/Female, age: above 27 years old
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related majors.
