Help coordinate and support community events at Hub Hoi An, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Play a key role in managing guest experiences, from arrival to addressing their diverse needs and requests.
Contribute to team efforts, showing initiative and a detail- oriented mindset in all interactions.

Detail- oriented and initiative- taking, with a focus on enhancing the guest experience in every aspect.
Ideally: Capable of supervising and guiding other staff members, with a proactive approach to problem- solving and team support.
Quick learner, able to adapt to various operational and customer service tasks in a dynamic coworking space.
High proficiency in English, including good listening and ability to process complex topics, to communicate effectively with an international customers and team members
Strong organizational skills, especially in event planning and community engagement activities.
Exceptional people skills, with a talent for creating a friendly and engaging community environment.
At least 2 years of working experience, showcasing strong people skills (or highly intelligent fresh university graduate)
