JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with the content planning team for the brand.
Manage key communication channels of the brand to ensure content and visuals are consistently updated, aligning with the brand&039;s voice.
Support interaction with partner agencies participating in brand communication campaigns
Carry out other assigned tasks as directed and in compliance with legal regulations.
Manage comments and communicate with relevant departments to address customer inquiries.
Proactively suggest ways to enhance communication quality for brands.
Proactively update on market trends and new communication channels to apply to work.
Propose creative ideas for communication campaigns that resonate with customer insights and generate good virality.
Directly implement image processing and create engaging content to maintain or support various communication campaigns for the company&039;s brands across diverse platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and websites.
Responsible for press communication content and coordination with relevant departments to handle communication crises.
Work with the Media Production Team on scripts, mood boards for filming/photography, and ensure product quality control.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Organizational, planning, management, and reporting skills.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Proficient and regular user of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, etc.).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Aesthetic sense and a wealth of creative ideas are advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Content Marketing/Communication roles.
Personality traits: Mature, dynamic, highly responsible, enthusiastic, and creative in work, able to handle pressure, and have a clear development direction.
Innovative and consistently updated on new trends in food, entertainment, and media.
Strong creativity and proficiency in language and imagery.
