Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for researching, guiding, innovating, and developing content that aligns with the brand image and products of the company. Ensure the quantity and quality of content across all platforms.
Job Description:
Regularly update trends, market research, activities of competing social channels, and understand and capture the U.S. market.
Conduct research on customer behavior (platforms, trends, psychology, demographics, etc.) for each segment and each platform to improve content quality, aiming to increase interaction and conversion rates across channels.
Other related tasks are assigned by the direct manager.
Generate ideas and edit scripts for advertising content, create communication messages, collaborate with the performance team to run suitable advertising campaigns.
In charge of planning and producing content across multiple platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Email marketing, etc. Provide creative content direction in the gift industry (POD), tailored to trends and festive occasions throughout the year.
Track the performance of creative content across all channels, evaluate the impact of content, and the effectiveness of campaigns.
*Qualifications & Experience:
English proficiency of IELTS 6.5 or above (or equivalent).
Understanding of U.S. culture. Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and customer insights.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in E- commerce and Retail.
Good English reading and writing skills.
Can work independently and collaboratively in a team. Possesses skills in generating ideas, script editing, and creating content. Demonstrates writing skills.
