Creative Director (Design Based)

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, and Account teams to ensure all designs align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
• Stay ahead of design trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance the visual impact of our campaigns.
• Lead the development of creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to: banners, posters, social media content, website layouts, videos, and other branding assets.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms and communication channels.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers (if applicable), fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team.
• Manage end- to- end design projects, from brainstorming and conceptualization to final execution, ensuring high- quality deliverables within deadlines.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• A solid understanding of branding, marketing, and social media platforms.
• Strong creative thinking and a deep understanding of modern design trends and techniques.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a significant advantage.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• The ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into clear and concise visuals.
• Proficiency in design abilities such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
• Skilled in ideation, transforming insights into big ideas, execution ideas, and designing communication plans.
• 3- 5+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in an agency or fast- paced marketing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell your ideas effectively.
