We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to join our team and lead the creative direction of our projects.
As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity and user experience of our clients&039; eCommerce platforms. You will lead a team consisting of designers, UX/UI specialists and data analysts to create compelling, user- friendly, and aesthetically pleasing online experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with our client facing team to understand their goals and brand vision and translating it into effective digital strategies that focus on increasing brand value, sales revenue and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.
Mentor and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and growth- oriented work environment.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve our creative offerings.
Lead the creative team in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and designing eCommerce website solutions and CRO opportunities.
Present creative concepts and design proposals to internal teams, incorporating their feedback and ensuring high quality deliverables are developed.
Conduct regular reviews and critiques of creative work, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including project managers, developers, and data analysts, to ensure client buy in of creative concepts.
Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring high- quality and on- brand deliverables.
Develop and execute creative strategies that align with clients&039; brand identities and revenue and business goals.
