Job brief
The Marketing Graphic Designer will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing department by creating visually appealing artwork for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for developing concepts and designing marketing collaterals for both web and non- web platforms. Additionally, they will be tasked with creating graphic content for web and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand image and corporate guidelines.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
• Properly document and systematically archive all artwork files for future reference.
• Create engaging graphic content for web and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop creative concepts and design marketing collaterals for web and non- web platforms.
• Assist the Marketing department in producing artwork.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
• Maintain and update websites to ensure content is accurate and up- to- date.
• Ensure alignment of designs with brand image, position, and corporate guidelines provided by the company.

Requirements and skill:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Passionate about design and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Basic understanding of Chinese is a plus, particularly for designing Chinese wedding menus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and marketing collaterals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
