Creative Lead

Vibula is a leading social commerce company in Vietnam that specializes in MCN TikTok and TikTok Shop Partners (TSP). We support both Sellers and Creators in operating, developing on TikTok, and expanding to other social media platforms. We act as an intermediary between TikTokers and TikTok&039;s management system. We will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting channels on TikTok to grow with trend- driven, diverse content tailored to each field.

We also provide services to Sellers on TikTok Shop to help them manage content creation, livestreaming, and video production. Additionally, we assist in managing implementation solutions and post- sales support for sellers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Translating briefs into compelling visual and narrative ideas.
- Aligning creative work with business and campaign goals.
- Ensuring tone, style, and visual identity are applied consistently.
- Working closely with planning, account, and business development teams.
- Overseeing delivery of assets that answer client briefs properly.
- Managing workloads, timelines, and team collaboration.
- Leading campaign ideation and concept development across mediums on TikTok (focus).
- Presenting ideas internally with stakeholders and externally to clients.
- Managing content writers, designers, and freelancers (if any) on creative output…. from pitching to executional stage
- Keeping the team inspired and motivated.

- Skilled in campaign development – focusing on TikTok platforms, including brand channels and outreach territory- Video, Livestreaming and more.
- 5–6 years of experience in the advertising industry, leaning more creative, expertise in copy and content building.
- Brainstorming with internal members and clients if needed in order to achieve the highest quality outcome.
- Proficiency in copywriting, deck composing and expressing ideas to the art team.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and creative workflows.
- Ability to coach team members and improve creative processes.
- Proven leadership in managing team members as well as daily tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency.
- Experience presenting ideas to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability.
