The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience, preferably in the CPG or FMCG sector, and excel in crafting compelling content that aligns with our brand identity. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of a wide range of visual and written content, including
pitch decks, content proposals, landing pages, social posts, banners
, and other sales materials. Strong English communication, brainstorming, and tech skills (including CRM tools like Clevertap and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma) are essential. This role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to create content specifically tailored for a professional LinkedIn audience. (Candidates with experience on social platforms like TikTok are not in our area of interest.)
What will you do:
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including clients, designers, copywriters, and digital marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive content development.
Creative Briefs: Skillfully draft creative briefs that guide the creative team in the development of content that meets our objectives.
Social Presence: Contribute to building a stronger brand presence by executing innovative ideas that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
Prioritization: Efficiently manage and prioritize workloads to ensure the smooth delivery of all content projects and meet deadlines.
Content Creation: Craft compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
Content Strategy: Develop and implement effective content strategies for B2C audiences, ensuring consistency and alignment with our client’s messaging and goals.
Brainstorming and Ideation: Be an active participant in idea generation and contribute to shaping "The Wecheer Experience" through brainstorming sessions and creative initiatives.
What you need to succeed:
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to structure & write copy in different formats (Website- Banners- Ads- Landing Pages)
Tech Savvy & familiar with CRM tools like Clevertap
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; CPG or FMCG industry experience is a plus
Time management and multitasking skills
Intermediate Proficiency Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma skills
Detail- oriented and organized
Strong briefing skills- Intermediate Graphic Design skills to better brief designers.
Ability to brainstorm & generate ideas
