ABOUT THE JOB
The Creative & Planning Director is responsible for leading the creative vision and output of CREASIA across Activation, Experience, and Social Commerce platforms. This role ensures that all creative work is strategically aligned, emotionally resonant, and commercially effective, elevating CREASIA’s reputation as a creative leader in the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Leadership
• Oversee and guide all creative development – from concept to execution – across integrated campaigns, activations, digital, and experiential marketing.
• Ensure every idea is insight- driven, brand- relevant, and execution- ready.
• Define and champion the creative vision of CREASIA, ensuring it aligns with brand strategy and client objectives.
Team Leadership & Development
• Build a strong creative culture emphasizing curiosity, craftsmanship, and collaboration.
• Foster cross- functional synergy between Creative, Strategy, Account, and Production teams.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Creative Planners.
Client & Business Partnership
• Partner closely with Account and Strategy teams to understand client challenges and translate them into creative solutions.
• Present ideas persuasively to senior clients and stakeholders.
• Drive client trust by delivering work that balances creativity with commercial impact.
Creative Excellence & Innovation
• Push creative boundaries while ensuring feasibility and operational excellence.
• Initiate and lead internal creative workshops, idea labs, and innovation sessions.
• Stay ahead of trends in marketing, design, digital, and experiential technology.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• High emotional intelligence and a growth mindset.
• Deep understanding of Vietnamese culture and consumer behavior.
• Strong conceptual and visual storytelling ability.
• Proven portfolio in Activation, Experience, Digital, or Integrated Campaigns.
• Minimum 8–10 years of creative experience (including 3+ years in leadership roles).
