Business Vision & Strategy (30%)
Work with the Account Director and other head of departments to understand Metub’s ecosystem and establish METUB Brand Partnership positioning, aligned with the company‘s overall vision.
Provide market standards of the brand&039;s budget allocation, agency position to pack existing services into qualified solutions, and make improvements in terms of human resources, services to deliver the best solution to the market.
Business Execution: (50%)
Together with planning members to research and update trends of influencers in the market to clients: new branding marketing activities, new commercials, new regulations on influencer marketing, etc.
Conduct and present proposal/KOLs plans to key clients with difficult and complicated requests or big campaigns
In charge of planning and monitoring the actual outcome, continuously improving solution
Project management: Manage planning team and follow account team from briefing to deal closing. Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at high performance
Meet clients with the business development team, understand clients’ needs, evaluate clients’ potential and give sufficient solutions.
Human resources management and development: (20%)
Together with the HR team attract, motivate and retain potential employees and employees across all levels within the planning team and Brand service team. Develop and coach employees to identify gaps in their competencies and build development plans
Manage HR performance and propose critical action within the scope of planning
Other relevant duties as assigned by the Head of department
Guide brand communications equipped with the ability to analyze & interpret the data, insighting and strategic communication frameworks
Bring a strong understanding in strategic thinking and planning to solve the brand’s problems through communication
Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation, and post- campaign reviews for the campaigns in- charge
Guide and advise the wider team on best practices, innovation, trends and work processes.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders- account management, creative, media & influencer teams to ensure the campaign&039;s smooth implementation
Present the agency’s POV with flair and confidence
Be the trusted advisor/ to- go person within the team and with clients for their communication challenges & solutions
Lead and devise integrated communication plans, influencer communication plans, social & digital communication plans on client’s briefs
To be a team player and manage the other team- members well to ensure all tasks
