Credit Card Product Specialist

External Relationships - With co-brand partner prospects and drive closure of cobranded opportunities that provide a competitive edge
Work with internal stakeholders - Marketing, technology, operations, service etc. during the launch phase and the post launch consolidation phase of the product
New product development – End to End; Identify target segments and then work across multiple functions to manage new product creation and launch helped by market research, competition mapping and all other information.
Vendor and Partner management – Manage relationship (including agreements, new initiatives, contests & promotions, SLA etc) with vendors and partners viz. Card Networks, Outsourced Card Management vendor, Technology vendors/partners etc…
OWN product P&L - Aligned with the bottom-line goals of the company.
Work with BIU - To ensure all product decisions are based on a strong analytical framework at one end and research linked consumer insights at the other end
Driving product experience- Product features, benefits, rewards (accrual and redemption), service and all linked product experiences.
Work with risk - To ensure that there are appropriate policy covers, tests etc. to target the desired segment with the proposed product.

Background

Around 2 years of experience within Financial Services, Big 4 Audit/Advisory, or Management Associate/Graduate Trainee profile from a market leading organization, or BA profile.
Preferred Masters Degree from a reputed local or international business school
Plus if have exposure to Card production and personalization vendors
Plus if have exposure to card networks (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx etc…)
