Credit Operation Officer - Home Loan

Manage legal documents
Manage and keep documents related to credit contract and Collateral, including controlling document retrieval from the strong room in an appropriate and efficient manner.
Consolidate and monitor end- to- end loan application status, and control service quality control of 3rd Party companies such as collateral appraisal companies, legal firms, insurance companies.
Prepare regulatory reports e.g CIC, SBV, BOT
Check and record/update information of insurance premium. Monitor and Check the collateral&039;s obligation to renew / not renew the insurance policy when it is due.
Follow up on the review of the collateral appraisal price in accordance with the period specified by the credit policy.
Perform data entry for loan application, including credit bureau information checking, and ensure data input quality for credit approval and credit post- approval operational activities
Prepare standard loan contract documents according to credit approval
Validate and approve the collateral appraisal results considering the quality of the proposed assets as collateral
Review customer and credit information, verify customer&039;s income, appraise and approve/reject retail loans
Responsible for processing loan documentation in compliance with bank policies, guidelines and Product features and booking into system/corebank

Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Accouting, Finance, Business Administration, Law and/or related field
Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in housing loan operation or related field, and familiar with rules and regulations of banking services
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
Fluent in English
