Credit Risk Management Policy (Senior/Specialist)

Be responsible for composing, issuing, managing and archiving documents related to credit risk management policies, application origination/ underwriting and approval process, credit bulletins and manual underwriting guideline of products for existing customers.
Identify issues related to credit risk of products for existing customers and make suggestions to mitigate credit risk.
Implement new, monitor and adjust existing credit risk management policies to comply with product features, business strategies, internal procedures and regulations.
Work closely with relevant teams to follow and monitor risk indicators in order to have necessary proposal/action to improve portfolio performance.
Be responsible for reviewing, consulting on selling processes, products’ regulations for existing customers.
Undertake other ad- hoc tasks assigned by Management team.

University degree in finance, economic, or related field
At least 2- 5 years’ experience working in Credit Risk Management/ Credit Underwriting/ Credit quality control
Preliminary programming, e.g., SQL
Good verbal communication skills
Critical and analytical thinking
Understanding of credit risk policy and process
Document writing skills
