CRM Admin Officer

Assist in development, management and operation of C Club
Conducts research and analyze data in CRM system.
Sets up & maintain promotions/events and benefits related to Crescent Mall C Rewards Premium Loyalty Program in the CRM sytem
Ensures e- vouchers are processed and operated smoothly and on a timely manner.
Prepares the contents for Crescent Mall mobile application.
Prepares reports and other related presentation regarding Crescent Mall’s C Rewards program.
Be an active pursuant of the latest thinking in CRM and propose enhancements to deliver on KPIs.
Actively partakes in acquisition of new member sign- ups.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
In- charge of all traditional and digital marketing related to promoting and advertising Crescent Mall’s C Rewards program.
Assists in working with tenants on partnerships related to C Rewards
Reports to the CRM Manager for Membership Campaigns and CRM.
Help in ensuring constant increase in Crescent Mall’s follower base and digital engagement percentages.
In- charge of formulating, managing and posting contents regarding C Rewards in all of Crescent Mall’s digital platforms.

Graduate of business/ marketing/ technology
At least 1 year of experience in CRM, Mobile app, Sale Admin or related fields
Experience in dealing contract in both English and Vietnamese or managing contract are plus.
Proficiency on software programmes including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proficiency on Property Management Software Systems.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and in writing.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written is essential.
Positive outlook, team- player, problem- solver, willing to be trained and learn further.
